We have worked on a number of show homes to aid in the sale of developments.
We work closely with our client to develop an interior design that is both highly desirable and achievable within the time frame and budget.
Mood boards, plans and interior elevations are developed for each room to help our client visualise the spaces and help them decide on furniture, wall finishes, window dressing and also soft furnishing. We developed good working relationships with our suppliers ensuring the right products were specified and delivered at the right time. Our design team and assistants then carried out the installation making sure every detail and product was installed correctly.
The illustrated show home was put together for the Philharmonic Rise project - Each room was designed to have its own unique character within the common theme of the ‘art of performance’. A theme taken from the close proximity of the Liverpool Institute of Performing Arts and the Philharmonic Hall.
The standard form of appointment for this project was the British Institute of Interior Design (BIID) 2010 including Part 4 of the Schedule of Services: Supply of FF&E to the client by the designer.
