The rear area of this property was in a bit of a muddle with an awkward kitchen in two volumes with a deep recess providing a space for a window to the dining room.
It was apparent that the only way to meaningfully alter this situation was for some major remodelling to form the kitchen into one volume incorporating the dining area and use roof lights to provide some light to newly envisioned snug.
